DO NOT PURCHASE A PLOT FROM THESE PEOPLE. ****ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON WHY YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS CEMETERY AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW**** If you do, and there is a change in your life where you need to sell it back, they only will buy back plots that they value. Meaning they are purposely selling plots that they know they don't value at all. Absolutely shameful EDIT:. I had someone willing to buy my plot but only if the one next to mine was available. They reached out to White Haven because based on them not considering my plot valuable because it's in an area that nobody wants, we assumed that the plots next to mine would be available. But weirdly they were sold out and thus I can't sell the plot now .. because it's too sold out in that area for anyone else. But not sold out enough for White Haven to value it. So they won't buy it because nobody wants the plots near mine but sold the plots around mine making it impossible for me to sell Do not give them your money and find a better resting place run by better humans

I went to visit my mom and aunts and uncles and found a mess. Dead bugs, spiders all over, spider webs, roof leaking and water damage. It was disgusting. There are always people outside working on the grounds but inside, it is totally unacceptable. They all paid good money for this.

Beautiful place, my Dad and grandparents are buried here. Would give 5 stars but the open hours are awful. 9-5 M-F and only open 3hrs on Saturday.. so weird. Its really hard finding time to visit. Most people work during those hours. Would be great if this could change.

The employees are friendly. My only concern was that even though I was the executor of my mother's will, I was not allowed to order her gravestone until all five of my siblings signed off with a notarized document that I could order the grave marker. That seemed ridiculous to me and I told White Haven I am willing to accept all responsibility and understand there will be no refund issued. It didn't matter, they would not proceed until all five siblings turned in their notarized document.

There is a path for you to enter without steps.
Usually its dawn to dusk for cemeteries.
The rules are strict: no flowers in pots, vases, or planted -- not even plastic ones. Staff provides annual Christmas wreaths and other horticultural plants in keeping with the Parks mandates for Audubon society, bluebird sanctuary, and other provisional awards.
Yes you can, it is very simple and the staff is extremely helpful.
It's a cemetery. Ground level tombstone/markers only.
Look under "White Haven Memorial Park" "Pittsford, Monroe County, New York, United States of America"
