Hello! I was not so welcomed to this location; the front desk women did not serve me at all when I clearly read the sign that stated ONLY COVID SYMPTOMS sit in car and call in. With a tilt of her head ‘what do you need?’ I told her quiet plainly ‘I have a uti tested positive at home’ but very rude response was ‘you need to see a doctor first’ which confused me on to why the statement was needed because of course I came inside to make an appointment I said ‘obviously that why I need to make an appointment?’. She left me to sit for 30 min while serving two other vehicles. I understand thing are different now but UTI are serious and there was not a single other person within the building and she had processed in total four people before even glancing my way or tell me she was ready for me to make my appointment. So I left I don’t like confrontation and have been in pain when I arrived and as a women to women I’d think she would have understood professional urgency with all costumes in person or on phone that is costumer service

I took my son to the walk-in. His symptoms were double vision and a slight headache. The second I said slight headache, she said "that's a covid symptom and to check in from my car. No sore throat, cough, fever...etc. no other symptoms! I was also on crutches, because of my knee. I asked my son if he still had a headache, he told her no. She rolled her eyes and said well we don't do walk ins anymore and the next appointment was an hour away. The whole point of a walk-in...is to walk-in! Also very very rude. I will never go back.

I took my son in because he has strep throat, they tell me that I have to go to my car and call in to check in for an appointment "because his throat hurts and the covid and stuff" so I go out side and call and the line is just busy so he can't see the doctor! I guess strep throat is covid now. It's pretty freaking sad that my son can't get antibiotics because of covid, this is so dumb, I can't believe it
