Waited twice in flooring department for someone to cut vinyl flooring for me. The service desk called for someone to come back, and I pushed different call buttons in the flooring department for help. Total wait time, 45 minutes. When an employee happened to walk by, I was informed she couldn't cut the vinyl herself, she'd have to get someone else. She also told me the flooring I wanted was sold out, so I picked a different one. She leaves and comes back with someone to help. He tells me the 2nd flooring I picked was also sold out. Upon hearing that it was my 2nd choice, he scanned the tag for the first flooring I had picked, and sure enough they had it in stock in the back. It wasn't sold out at all!! I was then informed that at 8:30pm, almost closing time, that he wasn't going to bring it out. If I hadn't spent so much time waiting for the much requested help, maybe there would have been time. I shop here all the time, I've never really had many problems with service or product, but this was just awful. Honestly it seems neither one of them really wanted to do their job. Anyway, I got my flooring the next morning at a different store.

Omg!!😇 I am extremely happy with The employee JOSH today around 7:00 pm I needed some wood shelves brackets and screws He was able to find everything and loaded all in my car this was just a Blessing to see a Hard working young boy there 🙌 🙏 Thank you Josh & also Karolina very helpful I love Lowes so much and I am impressed with Josh and Karolina customer service 10/10 😇🙏😊

What can you say, we love Lowe's. First off there is normally some one who can help you, whether it's finding the item or figuring out how to fix something. Second is the support of the military and the families with the discount. It may not be a lot but it sure does make a difference to those who serve. We always shop Lowe's.
