This is our first experience with Cole's, and they were wonderful. Needed a washer and dryer, and reached out by e-mail contact. Karina called the next day, kindly sending numerous links to allow us to review different choices necessitated by our particular set-up. We ordered the items; they were delivered promptly and professionally. Will absolutely use them again. (P.S., Big Box stores will not convert appliances to propane. Cole's will.).

Bought a new dishwasher from here and had it installed today. Firstly the installers did not wear a face mask, which is there company policy. Secondly, the installers made an odd remark about my property, not a kind remark. Thirdly, the installers left without telling me they ruined my kitchen floor while placing the dishwasher. As an owner of several cottages on this property I will no longer be buying anything from them. I would rather drive an hour and get not only a good product but decent service for all of my properties.

When renovating our laundry room this past fall, we turned to Cole's for a washer and dryer unit. We had a smaller space to consider, but also wanted a quality unit. Alex covered the products that fit what we were looking for at different price ranges over two visits to the store. The service installation went great as well with a friendly crew. The unit is a perfect fit for our space and we have been very happy with it. We've also been in for water filters for our refrigerator and they knew exactly what we needed without question. All experiences with our purchases and time at the store have been wonderful.

Cole's Appliance is such a fantastic addition to our community! They are still getting things situated in the store but it is organized and cheerful. We needed a new washer and refrigerator. They were great helping us to decide on which washer would fit our needs. Unfortunately, they didn't have an extra of the one we chose, so we were able to get the one on the floor which had just been put out. We had very specific needs for our fridge and Alex Cole was able to order it and they delivered it 4 days later. The installers were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product. Best of all? I spent less than I would have at the big box stores! No more driving to West Branch or heading south to buy appliances!
