DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT BEAR CREEK RESORT. ITS A DUMP.. THEY ARE SELLING BEAR CREEK RESORT IN OCT. PLACE IS RUN DOWN COCKROACHES CRAWLING ON COFFEE MACHINE MICROWAVE. WE BOOKED A QUEEN BED AND WE GOT A KING BOXSPRING WITH 2 DOUBLE MATTRESESS. WE WERE JUST THERE SEPTEMBER 11 12 13. NEVER AGAIN. THEIR WEBSITE SHOWS BEAUTIFUL RESORT GROUNDS WITH WATER FEATURES GAZEBO.. WHAT WE GOT WAS A SWAMP AND A PLACE THAT IS NEGLECTED..

Quite place, called kind of late however the guy behind the desk got up and service our needs. Getting a room it was simple and easy. Give discount if paying cash which was nice. Each place is it's own small home like single room and a day bed in living room. Best it was quite and nice and cool. Would travel and stay here again for sure

How far is the swim beach from here? And anyone know exact name of it. I keep hearing swim beach, google it and nothing is under it there's gotta be a name to the lake area that's the swim beach lol..

They have a pool, is there a hottub outside near it also? And the outside rec area with chairs etc..... is there a firepit there to do at night there? Would be awesome to relax around and do smores etc.
