I called the store to confirm condition of the guitar before making a trip. Anthony described it as "near mint". During the same call we agreed on the price. Upon arrival and examination of the instrument I discovered a few problems with it: a crack in the bridge and misaligned neck (the bass strings are at the edge of the fretboard while treble strings have more space than needed). When the above-mentioned was pointed out Anthony stormed out and accussed me in trying to renegotiate. To some up my experience: 1. Very misleading desciption of the condition of the instrument. 2. Poor communication people skills/customer service. No business from me.
