Professional and courteous young staff! Did my inspection faster than an oil change

I use to love coming here. I own 4 vehicles and I always come here for the oil change. But I went to get my inspection done and the experience was horrible. They went to get the manager bc of a doubt that I had and he was not professional, he was very rude. A manager is suppose to have an excellent customer service . And why I say it, because I'm a store manager myself. Their are always going to be difficult and rude customers. But I wasn't one of them. The gentleman that is in charge of the oil change is super excellent. He has taught me 2 or 3 things that I didn't know about my cars. And I like how he handles the people that work their. The manager was just walking up and down like he didn't know how to handle the traffic that they had that day. And the other employees even looked lost. Like he didn't have leadership.
