The wife and I enjoyed an interesting date night, and I would highly recommend this to any couples who are foodies and looking for a fun evening. Because we are foodies, it was somewhat difficult finding a class that featured cuisine we weren't familiar or very experienced with. But we made a great choice, and our chef, Gary, was the best. He answered every stupid question, honored every request, and even stuck around afterwards, shaking hands and thanking each attendee, and allowing time for some culinary conversation. The Culinary Center offered a free glass of wine or a beer as part of the class, and allowed time to wander their store. And, of course, the wife found a few unique kitchen items that needed to come home with us!
