Edit: thank you for the feedback. I stopped in to pay my bill and the lady was very nice and helpful. Updating my review. All I’ve tried to do so far is call them. After holding and finally get to the “first person in the queue,” I’m then prompted to leave a message. Like what’s the point of waiting on hold if you’re just going to make me leave a message anyway???

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The woman who answers the phone is rude and dismissive. When I complained about a matter she mouthed off to me and placed me on hold. The man who picked up after was just as bad, claiming he was a supervisor. Yet he was just as inept. Sure wish there were other options for water supply. I guess they get to treat their customers poorly when they have a monopoly.

Yes. To online bill pay center. There is a pretty hefty charge
Applications for hunting can be obtained either in person at the Authorities' main office or online once we make them available. I believe it is usually in September but please check the WMWA-WSA's website for availability.
