Tricia, Thanks for asking about our Loyalty program. It’s simple to become a Loyalty member. The next time you are in the store, ask any cashier to sign you up for the Loyalty program. They will ask for your mailing address, phone number & email address. Once you are signed up, just give your phone number to the cashier every time you shop with us & save!!!

Mr. Whitewood, I am sorry that you had this experience and will pass the information on to the store manager. The answer is that the our cashiers do not manage the front end of the store or control the customer flow. Obviously we need to oversee this process better and address this issue. Unfortunately, it is impossible to watch every aspect of our daily business at every moment.
