I needed to change my car plates and upon entering the building, Vicki greeted me and helped me through the entire process and explained to me what I needed. She was even nice enough to write down all the instructions and places that I needed to go to before I could change my plates. When I came back with all the needed documents, Mandy assisted me and was very friendly. They are quick and knowledgeable about the things that needed to be done.
