I came in and was greeted by someone who wanted to help. They listened to my issue, provided some quick suggestions, and took my bike in with no further issues. I was able to leave my bike there and then and pick it up when I was ready that same day... …that's the experience I had at THE PATHFINDER, and I'm glad I was turned away by my experience at this business to find them instead.

Clint was very helpful and responsive in helping me get a new Kona ordered and setup. Crazy fast, actually. I definitely appreciated that. However, the setup was a mess and an item on the bike (Sram dropper lever) was either broken or faulty from the factory. We discussed it in the shop and I was told it was normal (it has since been warrantied through Sram). The bike had a chip in the paint on the bottom bracket shell and a couple other issues that were easy fixes. Clint told me he was unaware of the paint chip and that the dropper lever worked when he made adjustments when I was in the shop. Which, of course, it did not. The issue was first noticed after those adjustments were made.

The service at Brew Bros is why I've bought bikes from them for the whole family, and keep coming back. They are knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. Can't find better. Walk-ins are fine for the brewing side, but it's best to make an appointment for bike work

Due to our pandemic worldwide, yes you do. Just call, text or email them and they will get you in PRETTY quick. Aaron is very knowledgeable of the bikes. He explains what the problem is, what it would take, and an estimate on the cost!! I don't know anything about the brewery.

We have a lot of the parts you'll need in stock, and the tools to install them. Hello! We don't have any tricycles in stock, as we don't sell very many, but we have multiple sources for them. Usually, when we order a bike, it only takes a few days to arrive, and then we build it for you. Come on in sometime and see us, and I'm sure we can find something that will suit your needs!
