On March 11th I came to your office to get a social security card for myself and my daughter. I received hers and did NOT receive mine. Since everything was closed down due to the pandemic I tried your online service to just get another one and it kept refusing me. So I waited some more. Once June hit I started trying again. This time I constantly called the 877 number you are always posting and it does NOTHING but ring and ring. I've literally called you 106! times!! I need my card so I can get another job! I'm not making enough working one with cut hours and I'm losing my home! I was hired at a job that would literally save my family but my old card isn't acceptable from water damage sustained when my wallet was caught in a fire. You tell us to call the 877 number that YOU DO NOT ANSWER! Your online service doesn't help people with my issue!!! Answer your phone please!

You're not able to go into the office, there's a number posted on door to call to make an appt or if it's something they can mail to you they will do that.

All you have to do is take your marriage license certificate showing your married last name. Also go to you your local dmv. And get an ID that will show only your married last name. Do the dmv for first then go to the social security card office with that ID
You can just walk in. They have a touch screen kiosk to use to get your number in line.
