When was the ssi checks being mailed?

We had to go to the waterloo office and ask,as its not listed in the phone book.

Birth certificate does not work. If you have been to a Dr in the last 2 years get them to print out your info, birthday, sex, height, weight etc, on their paperwork with a hand written signature not a computer printed signature. Might also take a couple of proofs of address.
