The case workers are lazy they don't like their job, and treat you like a number. They let elder people wait outside in humid and extreme heat because of Covid spacing even with a available room.

A number of factors need to be considered. Where did you work, how long you worked, and are you receiving workman compensation or state disability. As far as a private 401k goes it shouldn't be affected. You best option is to go the office and get a benefit estimate and set up an appointment to file for disability.
