This was a major expenditure, over 3k sqft,so I was in the store probably everyday for months. Each time the staff were very helpful and treated me like I wasn't "that weird lady they probably thought was stalking the store"! I especially need to thank Stephanie, one of the consultant decorators. She knows so much about flooring. I was torn between luxury vinyl or tile. I was surprised to find I could have beautiful polished tile installed for a little more in labor costs because F& D prices were so great. Stephanie showed me (taught me) everything about the process, helped me choose colors, and was overall a wonderful reference person for us. Also, there is a young man, Andres, he helped me when I was taking all those samples home, AND to bring them all back FOR A REFUND after my flooring was complete. Unbelievable service. Even the pretty girl at the cash register, Ricky? I remember it was a boys name and so cute for her. I'm not sure I could have smiled through all those returns! She was very patient with me, which I'd important when we are of a certain age. Thank you Floor & Decore for my beautiful nee floors.
