Well since we had gone to Walmart right by there. We had decided to stop and get drinks and turn our scratch offs in and when we did we had told the young kid that we are paying for the drinks separately from the scratch offs. Well he took it in his own hands and didn't bother asking what we wanted to do because we had wanted to get more scratch offs. But when we turned them in 2 of the scratch offs we were getting the money and the other one was a ticket but in which we didn't get and he gave us credit for the ones that were cash. So I went back in and the lady behind the counter wanted to argue about it when we should of gotten a free ticket and she said if I do that then u would owe me money and she wasn't understanding where I was coming from and basically cover for the young kid who didn't look 21 and wanted the ticket for himself from the looks of it. In other words I am going over her head and calling corporate.... I am done with the qt off 150 hwy in Lee's summit. The worst customer service...

This place is so short staffed and the crew they have is very overworked, be kind to them!

The day and night managers were excellent at restoring my fuel saver points when the pump stopped about mid fill. They are always helpful and accommodating!!
