After 5 months I decided to go somewhere else. I started off needing Scleral contact lenses. After 3 appointments and 2 training sessions I was finally allowed to take the contacts home. After these didn’t work and provided no Vision correction I took them back & this is when the doctor decided RGPs might be better for me. After restarting there process having countless appointments, 3 diff sets of RGP lenses and of course more of the required training sessions they force you into I took all the contacts I received back. I now have no vision correction and a bill to go along with It. The office staff have no idea what they’re doing when I go to pick up my contacts they act like they are absolutely clueless and do not know where they are. When my contacts arrived they call, text, and sent emails saying they’re ready for pick up I went to pick them up and they refused to let me take them home until I did another one of there costly training sessions. After sending all the contacts I was given back 3 weeks ago I am still getting texts and emails telling me my contacts are ready for pick up. THIS ISNT EVEN POSSIBLE! Terrible service wouldn’t recommend to anyone needing advanced vision correction.

The doctor was great. Front staff lost my measurements and prolonged a simple task to get my script correct. Took over 2 months to get a script for a child's glasses. Horrible experience.

I have been coming to this eye center for 30 years....first with Dr. Dyer and now with Dr. Law. Everyone is so caring and friendly. I pray God will bless this Innovative Vision Care Center and everyone in it.
