I walked in and asked if they had time for a Dip Manicure. They told me “yes, sit down and pick a color.” I waited over 50 mins and they took 2 other people in line behind me before taking me because they said they were regulars and I wasn’t. Not impressed with their service or respect to new customers. One and done with Regal Nails.

I came to get a pedicure and to work on my heels. I asked about a package and the lady just looked at me because she does not speak English. So no packages for different levels of care. That is poor. Their chairs are horrible too. I have never been to a poorer nail place . They barely do any care and she did nothing for my heels I ordered a pedi egg from Amazon as my nails dried. Won't be back ever.

Gave them another shot today (9/23/22), 3 years after my initial one star review and the situation has not improved. Phu was very rough, not only with the electric drill but when hand filing. He made no attempt to avoid drilling my cuticles and kept pulling my hand and twisting my fingers rather than adjusting himself. Did not bother to remove the left over acrylic from underneath or around the sides of my nails and seemed annoyed when I asked him to do so. He partially clipped the hardened acrylic from underneath one nail and ignored the rest. He also wanted me to pay BEFORE he put my gel polish on, which is not standard practice as no other customers were asked to do so. I had to fix my nails when I got home. Will not make the same mistake of patronizing this business again.
