The service department did exactly what I asked of them which was awesome. My service writer was nothing less than a **** when I came up there to schedule my appointment. I showed up shortly after 8am asking if I could have work performed and advised that another dealer would be paying for the service. He rudely told me that they 'don't do that kind of work on Saturday' and then told me that I needed to have them on the phone and ready with card in hand when I showed up, because he wasn't going to sit around and waste his time waiting for payment. And that if they aren't on the phone when I show up that I can pay for it and then deal with them to be reimbursed. I chose Heartland for service due to its convenient location and word of mouth reputation. I'll now be telling everyone to avoid them.

Employees wear masks, that's all I noticed. Sanitizer avaliable throughout as well
Also, if you purchase a used car. Make sure they sign the MO title registration form and give you an inspection slip before you go wait in line to register the vehicle.
They should have what you need if not they will help you find it.
