Found 3 nice mens athletic shirts in the men’s section. Cashier took the items from me at checkout and went off to talk with another women at checkout. She then refused to sell the items to me because they needed to reprice them higher. When I offered to pay a higher price they said they wouldn’t sell them to me that day because they don’t do pricing. Staff was very rude and accusatory towards me for their mistake. Don’t think I’ll return to this thrift store, they’ve gotten just as bad as goodwill.

I used to love this thrift store but unfortunately No longer! They don't open their dressing rooms, and how can you buy a pair of jeans without trying them on?? And the lady working today was RUDE. I drive 30 minutes to get there...can't reasonably return if something doesn't fit. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Blessings or just about any other thrift.

Don’t go here. It’s for ME ONLY. Haha! But seriously, love this store and the service. They have a good selection and are ran by very friendly people!

I'm sorry for the mis-communication. We don't allow returns because we don't have any way of tracking our inventory once it leaves the store. This means that someone could very easily bring in any piece of clothing and say they purchased it from our store and demand a refund without ever having paid.
