LATEST OUTRAGE: Waited an hour at the Asian market for the #3 bus and finally walked all the way back to the Union-like three miles in the heat of the day!!!! IDIOTICALLY INCOMPETENT!!! At the Union, I tried to flag down a driver who is also a manager to find out what the heck was going on. He didn't even stop. INFURIATING!!!! Laughably incompetent service in every way. Most complaints are never responded to at all. Managers show no accountability. Governor should shut it down altogether as a huge waste of taxpayer money and fire all the managers!!!!! Many of the drivers are enormously rude and one driver Angela was finally mercifully fired after many months although she got big complaints every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service was not offered on Saturday afternoon recently in July-with basically no notice at all to the passengers. I was left at Target and walked home SIX MILES IN 100-DEGREE HEAT! I'm lucky that I wasn't hospitalized for heatstroke! Update - true to form: Today, in June, ON A 100% NORMAL WORK DAY, I waited a long time for the ATA bus – which never came. So I walked halfway across town to Dillon’s Westloop. Later, there were still no buses. I finally was able to find out from another passenger who had been waiting a long time that now, according to their website, they were “doing training today and there are no buses today”. So he left unhappy and I left unhappy. Frankly, the notification of this lack of service was PATHETIC. No signs on the buses or stops (or heads’-up from the drivers) in the days in advance. And no, I don’t think I should have to be constantly checking their silly website. How ironic that they are doing training – presumably to provide the passengers with better service! So then they basically leave all the passengers “high-and-dry” the entire day – and it’s plenty hot today, too! There are some nice drivers and some nice lower-level managers, but the drivers constantly tell me how incompetent the upper management is and I fully believe them. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, ATA MANAGEMENT!!! LOVE YA!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would... because when comes to getting point a to b is terrible they are not reliable and there sense of communication it extremely trash especially when you need to call them about when or if their routes have changed or when they have employee meeting

If you meet certain qualifications they schedule rides on Saturday but not on Sunday. Sunday they are closed.
There are 2 pick up points on Ft.Riley. px and hospital at certain times of day. Have to call in more then 24,hrs in advance to schedule a ride at one of those pick up points.
They will only cancel when deemed that the roads are bad and they notify people by announcing on the radio. The signs are put up by the city so complain to them.
