Before it was bought out we loved simple Simon's Pizza and came often. Amazing pizza, happy and well cared for employees, order always correct and most importantly fair and decent prices. More expensive than domino's but nothing super insane. We just got pizza here 2 nights ago and I was shocked by how bad things are. The employee said the AC was out and it was nearly 90 degrees inside even though she had the thermostat at 67. Our order was wrong, we ordered a regular crust cheese pizza and got a thin crust. Needless to say our kids weren't enthused. To top it all off it was $17 for one pizza. So long to the one topping pizza deal that simple Simon's always had for 10.99. I called and told them they got our order wrong and there was no offer to make it right. We won't be back.
