My boyfriend and I went in on Sunday 7/26/20 because he had a cyst on his ear. We was told by the doctor they couldn’t do anything about and that he needed to go to the ear doctor. We went to another emergency room in Moncks Corner and they took very good care of him within minutes of going. Unbelievable!!!!

I went in with a terrible cough and low grade fever. I told them I had body aches and chills. My throat was hurting so bad. They did a chest x-ray and breathing treatment. Said lungs looked good. The breathing treatment did not help it made it worse. The doctor rushed in immediately explained this treatment worked. I didn't even give me a chance to say it did not. Sent me away when antibiotics and steroids. I went and got a second opinion. Turns out I had flu A. This doctor should work putting up stock, not with people.

This past Saturday I brought my son in for a severe nose bleed that would not stop. I brought up other concerns like his unusual bruising. I knew something wasn't right. I asked for labs but was brushed off and told to have my pediatrician do them. We were sent home but the bleeding continued. I called them back and was told to ice his nose and put the clamps back on. This a 8 hour nose bleed by now. It stops for a while but he wakes up again it starts again. He starts vomiting blood. We go to the roper in north charleston. They do blood work. My sons platelets are low and his hemoglobin. They send us to MUSC children's hospital and my son was diagnosed with ITP. Your staff should have listened to my concerns. I felt brushed off and my son was put through unnecessary treatment there. The staff should have listened to me. When they examined him how did they not see the petechiae rash? The second hospital caught as soon as we got there. I will never set foot in that hospital again.

Doesn't look like the picture at all. I have been here several times and each time, I have had a problem. The doctor wrote wrong medication on prescription and made my daughter sick. Another time, we were billed twice for procedures that we didn't get. And we were sent home saying the X-rays were clear when in fact, there was a broken bone which MUSC treated two days later. It is ridiculous! There is a reason that there is hardly no waiting. Everyone knows how horrible they are!
