Black mold in bathroom, torn curtains, filthy tub/shower, toilet didn't work and had to fix chain every time, was offered another room, smelled like pipe tobacco and old lady perfume 🤮, broken glass on picture on wall, walls next to bed haven't ever been washed, filthy! Absolutely NOT WORTH $170 A NIGHT, IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

This place is full of bed bugs. It's nasty and wrong to be renting rooms out knowing you have a bed bug problem. All outside doors were kept open so anyone could come in. When I called the front desk to let them know we left they didn't seem surprised when I said bed bugs. Avoid this place.

The breakfast (although stated it was 5-10am) was no longer available when I walked over at 7:30am. It was unclear if there ever was breakfast that day because the lights were off, the chairs were stacked, and it was FILTHY. The cereal looked like it had been there for months, there were no eggs or bread to toast, no dough for the pancake machine, no baked goods left, no utensils or napkins, no syrup or jam. It was all empty except for orange juice and apple juice which were both tremendously watered down. The hallways and main lobby of the hotel were very dirty, the floor especially. Fortunately, the room was semi-clean but the bathroom was not. The price was quite high for what you were getting, similar to what the other newer hotels were charging. I only stayed here because it was a last-minute trip and the Hampton and Holiday Inn were sold out. I wish I had stayed at an Airbnb instead. I do not recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs. I wish OSHA would pay these people a visit. The rooms were beyond filthy. The toilets were dirty, showers were scummy, floors were filthy, beds were stinky, and the heating/cooling system was not working properly. There was a very cold draft coming in the room which made the heaters go into auto mode and blow very hot air into the room. The breakfast was less than desirable. Whoever was in charge of that left a gallon of milk on the counter for hours on end. The workers acted like they did not care about the people staying there. When we first arrived we had to move to a different room because there was so much wrong with the room we were originally given. We also rented a conference room which was FILTHY! It’s like they don’t ever clean anything.
