I was still having a problem with my 1995 Mercedes Benz S320 vibrating when driving at 50 to 75 mph even after having all tires balanced and front end alignment at a different location. I was told to go to this store and have Mr.Lee to look at it and so I did just that.This was during the late afternoon. I felt like with the amount of people that was there and this time of day I would have to get scheduled for another day. No they got me signed in and they was getting vehicles in repaired and out. I was thinking like this is going to be a long wait. All I know is that I didn’t wait long and when I got my car back and hit the freeway my ride was 97% better. He told me that I had a small flat spot on one of my front tire and that I may feel a little vibration from that otherwise I should be good and that he rebalanced all four tires. My ride is so much better this is my mew store it’s been a long time since I have experience this type of service from the front counter to shop and getting it right the first time. Don’t get me wrong I like my previous store, these guys don’t play they were full of customers. I came in told them my issue they heard me fixed it I paid them. Now we are two happy camper’s Thanks to Mr.Lee and his Team

This location has amazing customer service. They quoted me over the phone and earned by business by asking me what other prices I had gotten and beat them out. The price didn’t change when I got there. They did an amazing job replacing 3 tires within an hour and getting me out in a timely manner. I highly suggest making an appointment as there were people there 30 minutes before they even opened. Might I add, they handled that morning rush of customers very efficiently. I will be returning to get a couple more things done on my vehicle, but only to this location!

My husband and I had excellent customer service by Chris this morning he was so patient and knowledgeable about both our vehicles and on what services they needed he also took the time to research and explain the different selections of tires we needed for our jeeps. We will definitely be back to this location only because of Chris and how hands on and friendly he is to his customers. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone and ask for Chris. You won’t regret it!

Lee & crew in Covington, GA went the extra mile to help us out. They diagnosed the problem late in the evening on a Thursday, suggested alternative transportation, which we were able to secure that same evening, and had the car ready the next day. The price seemed reasonable for the service and quick turnaround. Everybody there had a great attitude and we felt very lucky to have landed there for what was definitely an unexpected emergency.

I don't think anybody can provide all car services now. Kaufman is great for tires and brakes. I ask friends/ co-workers for a recommendation on a local service station they have used and trust.
