Very unhelpful staff who do not care. Very bad at problem solution in this office. Terrible.

Currently have been on hold 20 minutes and every time it tells me the wait time it's still over an hour.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There's no way in HELL i should STILL be trying to reach your child support services office almost TWO YEARS LATER. Not only to have my benefits stripped of me because of yalls idiocy and neglect. Now I can't even get child care when I need it the most. Worst county I've ever dealt with. Either start over or shut down

I was given false information by a technician, I then asked for a call back from a supervisor. The supervisor returned my call quickly and apologized for the misinformation. She then fixed my issue immediately. I know it can get frustrating dealing with all the red tape and hoops to jump through, so when your given the wrong information it makes it even more aggravating, so I truly appreciate the Supervisor that I spoke with. Thank you for your courtesy and respect. You are all doing a fine job during a difficult time, thank you.

Go to the food stamp office on Blue Spruce and they will cancel the lost card and will give you a new card.
No, any form of ID will be considered.
Hi Tana, Thanks for your question. We encourage everyone to apply for benefits online through PEAK: https://peak--coloradopeak.force.com/ or if you have a paper copy, please drop it by one of our locations (200 Peridot or 1501 Blue Spruce). Have a great day!
There is a box outside
As long as they have you on file.
Yes they will if you still are in arrears. If your payments are current and you're not behind on it then you should be fine.
Medicare is part of social security. Therefore there is no other options as far as i'm concerned.. the are very few options; 1) go to the office to apply (recommend best option. If you go early, right at or soon after opening, the line won't be as long) 2) call the 800 # and try to start the process over the phone 3) call a lawyer and have them start the process (especially if applying for disability). If you're applying because you are turning 65, you should be receiving information in the mail about the process
Ask the girls at the front desk. If it's there they will have it.
Eventually you'll need to have an in person appointment, even when applying online
