My name is Roxanne Rieder, maiden name, Roxanne Franck. I experienced multiple issues with my phone. I went to another Verizon in a near by town and the customer service was so bad that I walked out. When I went to the Verizon on Eisenhower Blvd., I experienced outstanding service. Serette was the most patient, persistent, and kind representative I have experienced at a Verizon Store. She recognized each issue that I was experiencing: not receiving a phone I ordered, unable to locate it, old phone not allowing me any service once I ordered new phone, unable to log into my account, and chargers taken out of my banking account from Verizon that were no reflection to my purchase. She resolved all issues, walked me through each issue, spent over 2 hours the 1st visit and 3 hours the 2nd visit and went without a lunch break to continue to solve the problem from start to finish. I had been without a phone for 10 days due to my account and old phone being shut down once I ordered my new phone. I will never order a phone over the internet again! I would recommend any individual who needs to purchase or have their current phone to go to this location in Loveland, CO. Each individual appeared to meet customer needs but Serette, goes above and beyond; it is all about her demeaner and commitment.

If you stop by this verizon, ask for Dre!! hes super helpful, outoing and made my experience so much better. its always a pain dealing with a lost phone but Dre made it easy. These guys rock!!
