I was refused service, showing up over an hour before close. The time management of this particular branch is clearly lacking if they cannot fit walk-ins around the appointments scheduled. I knew what I wanted, I just needed literally 5 minutes for someone to fish the previous gen phone from storage and get it on my account. I was treated like a plebeian in the face of the royalty that is the Verizon salespeople. That's okay, I bought it online since they don't want my money and now I know better than to return here.

Next cellphone get a "find my phone app". Log on with another device and it will tell you where cellphone is located.
Yes you definitely get support and they even show you how they resolve your issue.
Yes at a corporate store you can, cannot speak for those knock off ones
