Drinks are always made well and customer service is wonderful. Baristas are so incredibly friendly and make me feel like a friend when I walk through the door. It’s true you may have to wait, but tbh they’re making custom drinks so of course it’s going to take more than 10 minutes when they’re busy, so I don’t mind the wait. It often looks understaffed which is stressful to witness as a customer. Be prepared to have cash bc they don’t have tipping through credit card. Please bring credit card tipping to your stores, it’s probably the biggest inconvenience I face when I go to Starbucks. I tried to reach out to the district manager about it and it took ages to hear back. 5 stars for the baristas and customer service, 2 stars for Management. Hire more baristas if your store is so busy all the time.

Fast service depending on what time you go there. Obviously very good or you wouldn't have a little wait. They also have call ahead orders and are ready for pickup as soon as you arrive.

This is NOT acceptable. I get that there's foam but it was made with almond milk. That is not worth the price. The steamed apple juice was good but still not worth it when most of my coffee is missing.

Haven't been to this Starbucks in a year or two. It's been remodeled and looks great. Lots of seating with ample plugs for gadgets. Made better use of space here than the Starbucks on Mall Rd. No drive thru and not the easiest to get in and out of. But if you have some time, this is a great Starbucks for a cup of coffee. Edit December 2021: Feel like they remodeled again? Maybe not. Definitely a busy Starbucks. They have enough staff and they were cranking out the drinks. Love the amount of indoor and outdoor seating--almost like they're inviting you to sit and chat for awhile. Loved it and our drinks too!
