Beaumont, Ca. Where did they possibly find such a small chicken. A leg has 2 small bites, the thigh about the same. I got an 8 piece family meal for $25.00. it might feed 2 or 3. Did not taste anything like El Pollo Loco in Orange County. Something odd with the rice. Last time I will go there.

Love Pollo Loco. The food is good but totally stingy with salsa and onions I got a large family meal for 8 and when I ask for a lot of onions and cilantro, I got one small pack... Enough for one... Like... What? Otherwise it was a good experience.

Very positive experience with curbside pick up. Got my food as expected even was still warm even though I had arrived 10 mins after scheduled pick up time 😓🤷‍♀️ The customer service was great. Asked for extra salsa and they went and got extra salsa 🌶️🍅🫑It's the little things that count :) thank you! 👍

This is one of my favorite places, but last two times I ordered food to go through the drive-thru I paid extra for avocado and each time the avocados were bruised! They were disgusting where I had to throw them away. I couldn't even use them; I believe they should tell you that the avocados are not ripe or don't take money for them.
