Tuff Shed has has the worst Customer Service. I purchased a garage from them in April of 2021 and it took until July of 2022 for the garage to be installed. The installed product was of very low quality and there are many issues that will fail a city inspection. Tuff Shed has not gotten back to me for a path to resolve the issues and I have a half finished garage on my property that the city will fail as soon as they try to inspect it. If you intend on spending your money with Tuff Shed, consider if you want to deal with terrible customer service, long delays, and a poor overall product. I have exhausted all options to have a conversation with anyone at Tuff Shed that is willing to set these issues right and this is my only option to hopefully get a response.

Spoke with Marty in Royal Oak location. It was too far for me to drive, so we talked via phone. He was patient with me as I kept making changes. Finally satisfied I made my purchase. Marty was so helpful. Definitely recommend him.

We had been thinking about replacing our shed for a few years now. Finally, while researching different shed options on-line we found “Tuff Shed” in Royal Oak. We were so happy we did. Different companies we looked at had on-line ordering only. We really wanted to see / touch / feel the shed we decided to purchase. Tuff Shed gave us that opportunity. When first contacting the Royal Oak facility we talked with Marty Oskey and made an appointment to come in and chat about what was available. Marty is knowledgeable about what the company offers, how a shed can be configured and discussed various pros and cons of certain aspects of shed designs. After chatting with Marty for about an hour and looking at some sheds on site we decided to make our move. We found a size and configuration we liked that fit within our budget. Marty represented Tuff shed well and was concerned that we were getting what we wanted. He is definitely customer focused, which made our decision so much easier. If looking for a shed, give Marty, at the Royal Oak “Tuff Shed” location, a call.

Marty Oskey at Tuffshed helped me design, build, and price a shed that my wife and I are very happy with. The entire process was speedy and professional. We had a brand new shed installed in only a couple weeks. The Tuffshed technician, John, was very competent and did a fantastic job installing our shed. He took pride in his work and made sure things fit together tight and proper. He and Marty were great to deal with and helped answer questions every step of the way.
