If I could give zero stars I would. Don't live here! The water is constantly getting shut off and even when it's working it is nasty and yellow. Not fit to drink, bathe in, or wash clothes with. It's disgusting. There is never any notice of the water being shut off either. Absolutely ridiculous.

Too much. The park will screw you over every chance they get. Don't rent or buy a trailer from Mason Manor. The rent is sky high and if you buy and want to move later they will make sure to deny any perspective buyers you may have so that they may lowball you on your home and get it for next to nothing.
This is in Mason on Hull road. Rent depends on if you own the mobile outright or if you are purchasing.
