Communication with the new head of housing is horrible. She's literally never available and you always have to leave a voicemail even if she's sitting at her phone. I wish they'd address this. It can be beyond frustrating at times.

Your appointment will consist of your ID social security card monthly income or just income such things like that they review your stuff give you a call back when there is a opening hopefully you pass the background check because they do conducts one of those as well if someone else lives with you under the age of 65 I think they will have to either have some kind of income will be adjusted with yours or they will have to do community service
