I left this establishment feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with how my hair came out. I showed a video of how I wanted my hair done and the stylist that did it left out some key details that were clearly in the video. I would of certainly appreciated some honesty about not knowing how to do the hairstyle in the first place so that i could’ve saved my time and money. Not to mention the stylist that con-rowed my hair pulled all my edges back. I was uncomfortable while my hair was being done because I couldn’t shake the feeling that the stylist that was doing my hair and another stylist was talking about me negatively in their language. It showed extreme unprofessionalism and a lack of respect for the person sitting in the chair. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Been going here for years. They do good braiding but sometimes the workers are too much. They get scared when they see people leaving and my last time there was a bad experience. Was told different prices and my part was not straight. I think their stitch braider can be better. Lately Customer service is going down
