I love the vibe of this special gem of a restaurant. Each time I have come here to dine I have been impressed with the fine cuisine, quality wine list and the warm and friendly staff. I highly recommend Stonefly!

I was really looking forward to eating here, but was a bit disappointed. Our server needed lots of additional training... Pizza was fabulous (as it should be for $18), pasta SPECIAL really wasn't special, spinach salad was good. Might try it again but other closer options are available.

Great place for dinner in the middle of the mountains. Nice sunny terrace. The food was very refined.

It's been a while since I have eaten in Markleeville. I know I have I just don't remember the exact year. The food was good especially the bread. Amber was our waitress. It's a little cramped in there but it's not too bad. Thanks for the Books by the way. I am not sure why my previous review is missing but that's ok. I retype my reviews in case incidents like that happens especially when I start to remember my past. The fire that swept through here almost looked like a controlled burn glad the town was spared.
