Citi trends is under new management not to say the old was bad! The store now have some merchandise on display which is pleasing! The store is clean and well stocked! Just now waiting for their dressing rooms to reopen! Still a good place to shop! Clean and organized still waiting for the dressing rooms to reopen! As of October 2022 still a good place to shop!

Cashier was very unpleasant. I've been here twice: once before the pandemic ever was a thing & then a couple days ago. I wish I could blame the pandemic for poor service during both visits as people are under tremendous stress. However, I can't. Simply put...customer service needs attitude adjustments.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! Newest manager is extremely RUDE. I have no idea how someone could have such little self awareness because she should not be in retail. Terrible terrible service. Do not come here and if you choose to then good luck!
