Do they deliver on base?

I'm not sure if the restaurant itself delivers to the base (I'm assuming you mean the Navy Base), but I'm sure you can get it delivered there through the delivery apps, like DoorDash and Grubhub. DoorDash I know for sure delivers Papa John's, since I'm a DoorDash driver and have done deliveries from there a few times. Hope this helps 🙃
