The entrance to the building is hard to find and if you don't take the 'last exit' before the border, you will end up in Mexico. The SENTRI staff were very pleasant and helpful once I got there. I got my SENTRI card in the mail quickly.

Make appointment and take marriage cert. An Officer has to make the change.

I just bought a new car. I am not able to add it to my SENTRI I am waiting on a renewal and I cannot make any changes to my application at this point. What can I do?

Nothing, unfortunately the account is locked at the moment. If you are married, you can have you spouse add the vehicle to their account.
