WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! POOR MANAGEMENT ! HIGHLY PRICED ! Moved here in April 2021. The staff are extremely rude and refuse to discuss some of the issues that may arise with the apartments. I wasn't able to actually walk through the apartment before signing the lease, after I asked multiple times they said it was the same as viewed before in the model apartment. After I signed and got my keys they gave me a checklist to complete and had to give it back to the office. My apartment was poorly renovated. The floors were dirty and covered in paint, the paint job on the walls are horrible, there’s no window screens in the windows. I can’t even open my windows and enjoy the fresh air because I’m scared bugs will fly in. I was missing a Radiator cover, I have 2 babies which one cut themselves due to the cover not being on. I was trying to contact the office about these problems and all they had to say is they will put an order in for all these things. I didn’t receive a cover till my lease was over with and the cover was an old broken one from another building. I wasn’t able to use heat during the winter time. They have pest issues such as a bee hive inside the stairwell and mice running throughout the apartments. Oh and not to mention they lied about a club house and fitness center that was supposedly be here summer 2021, now it says coming 2023. Then they expect people to pay full rent on time, when all they do is lie and don’t fix the issues we complain about. The high price would make sense if they had what they claimed they have.

This is a horrible place to live. Firstly the layout that they advertise on Facebook doesn’t even look like the unit they give you. I asked several times during the process is that the unit I would receive and I was told yes. Signed the lease did the walk through it looked nothing like I thought I was getting. I accepted the layout anyway because I needed to move in somewhere right away. I just moved in two days ago and there are already roaches. That is unacceptable. This place is supposed to be “newly renovated” so why are there roaches In the building. Secondly my toilet just stopped working all of a sudden. I called 24hr maintenance and they told me I had to wait until Monday or pay 200 dollars because it wasn’t an emergency. I’ve been using the bathroom in my shower because of it and can’t even do number 2 for two days so how isn’t that an emergency. That is in humane. Management doesn’t care, and you can’t even get in contact with people over the weekend. Please do your investigation before just moving anywhere.I will not be renewing my lease here and I hope other people know to stay away.

I've lived here for a few months and really have nothing but good things to say about the community and the management team, especially Ed. He has been very helpful and friendly and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had. I am excited for the new amenities planned for next year as it will definitely elevate the living experience and give us more bang for our buck.

Did the guards come bang at your door at 10 pm ? This management promised many current tenants a concession for a new unit and than crickets. Stroke of luck you have to leave. This is an unethical, bias management. Good luck.
