Funtopia and the staff are amazing. I signed my 9 year old daughter to the "Adventure Climbing Academy" - On her first class, my daughter was afraid of heights, afraid of climbing to the point of tears, wanting to quit and forget it. I came back that weekend with my daughter thinking that i'd be able to help her with her fear of climbing and coming down, that did not work. The second class, my daughter was not looking forward to it. The instructor started from the very basics. Little by little my daughter started to gain confidence and now she can't wait to visit Funtopia again. Shout-out to Jasmine who did an amazing job encouraging my daughter, thanks to Jasmine my child was able to overcome her fear of climbing, coming down and had an amazing time. Thank you so very much!

Horrible toddler area. SO JENKY. We brought our two toddlers for play time the toy options they have are super low budget and wornout and some were broken. And they were vacuuming the area while we were there during open hours. It was the worst playroom we've seen and it was filthy. So pathetic. Get it together, FUNTOPIA. Churches have better spaces. The big kid area is unique but not a ton to do.

We had our sons birthday party planned, staff dint care to help Little kids, being pregnant I had to help my son. I literally had to call staff everytime children needed help. Pizza was improperly baked and raw.will never recommend this place for birthday parties.

Pros: my child loved this place. So many walls of different difficulty levels. My son was climbing for 3 hours and still there were some of the walls he did not try. Food was fresh and delicious too. The stuff is amazing, young and cheerful. Very helpful. I saw that they cleaned up something as well all the time. Cons: but as a parent I noticed that some of the walls require some serious deep clean. It just doesn't look aesthetic at all, dust and dirt. But as far as it didn't stop my son from having fun, I still give this place 5 stars.
