This is the epitome of what it means to be American. The bistro is a mix of American diner with French food. So it's not really American diner but nor its a French bistro.

What is your question. That is a remark. Who cares if its a diner or a bistro. Its a quaint and elegant resturant. The food is good the staff is wonderful. Its a simple but quaint place to eat and enjoy yourself

They do have a breakfast menu. But not sure if he has a breakfast catering menu. He might. I would call the restaurant and ask. I work grubhub So I get deliveries for his restaurant when I'm working morning and early afternoon. They do have a good breakfast menu. Please call and check with resturant.
