Chris was amazing!!!! Answered my call at 6:30pm and was at my front door an hour later. He was able to get my furnace up and running quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely refer all my friends and family.

Chris was very professional and efficient in his work. He walked me through some potential future issues even without "selling me" on products (like some other companies who won't be named here do every time). I'll be using Cullerton for thise future issues when I'm ready to tackle them. Worth every penny hiring them

To answer that, you’ll need an appointment with one of our HVAC service experts. We’ll come to your home and evaluate its size, heating and cooling needs, environment, and the work we’ll need to do. Then, we can recommend the best system for you and install it quickly.
The short answer? So important! Your indoor air quality can be as much as 100 times worse than the outdoor air. That means pollutants, allergens, dust, and mildew can be circulating in your home affecting your family’s health and wellbeing. Improving and maintaining your indoor air quality is vitally important to your home and family.
It is recommended that an air conditioning unit be serviced every other year. This is done by checking the refrigerant levels, and cleaning the air filters. If your AC system is not serviced, it could cause your system to fail to operate efficiently. A dirty filter or clogged drain may cause your system to overheat.
Furnace installation improves indoor air quality and the comfort level of your home because a new furnace is more efficient.
We have Cullerton Heating & Cooling come out 2x per year to do preventative maintenance. We typically have them check out the heat side in the early fall and the AC side in the spring.
Yes we service nearby areas as well!
For optimal comfort, it is recommended to set your humidifier to the following: 35% humidity – 20 degrees or warmer outside 25% humidity – 0-20 degrees 15% humidity – Negative temps
A newer, modern AC system is not only energy efficient, it will also deliver a consistent temperature while providing clean quality air by filtering and dehumidifying your home.
If your system is making strange noises, freezes up, isn’t cooling your house as good as it used to or at all, or seems to be working too hard causing your bill to go up.
