Until today! Benji in the bicycle department at the Valparaiso location was the most informative, knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever dealt with, hands down! Thank you, Benji.

Went in to look at a bike for the first time in a long time. I was fortunate enough to have met Benji who is their bike expert. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave great guidance on fit, practical usages of different features, and value for the price. Needless to say I walked out with a great bike with comfort of knowing who it was built by and knowing different features it has to offer. Read the manual when I got home and it matches up identical to what he explained. Awesome Schwinn bicycle with a top notch customer experience. I am glad that experts in their fields who are passionate about their job still exist.

Looking for kayaks for Indiana Dunes Hiking and there is a good selection and they have Pelican brand one of my favorite value brands. Also they have the cool bicycle inner tube for people who don’t want to remove their wheel to change a tube say after a blowout or severe tube or stem failures.

Wow look at all the SPORTING GOODS HERE!!! Base ball, softball, basket ball, tennis, field hockey, lacrosse, hiking, weight lifting and so much more!!! They had the face mask and cleats I needed for my daughter IN STOCK and fit her new cleats perfectly! The gentlemen who helped me (Name started with a 'T') did a very good job helping me out! Still giving them 5 stars even though they don't have socks with little toes in them,,, like oh my gosh
