Planet Doggy has been a wonderful place for my dog. I have been taking her there for several months and she is doing very well. I adopted a shelter dog who had anxiety and behavior issues. She enjoys going and her behavior has greatly improved. She is socializing and I know that she is cared for and loved by the staff. I know that my dog is in a safe place.

Just got off phone with them. "Our insurance doesn't allow us to board pitties." Sounds like breed prejudice to me.

We offer boarding 365 days a year, please observe our hours for intake and booking your boarding as we are closed on the weekends and open for normal business hours excluding national holidays.
We are now offering boarding, dog day care, pet sitting, dog walking, affordable dog grooming and so much more!
I'm not sure where u ordered ur items, but Planet Doggy does not ship items. This a very small brick & mortar facility. I hope wherever u purchased ur collars u can track them. Best if luck
