Such a nice Sephora location yet the customer service was cringing. (Wrong Job, Wrong mentality)I was unaware Sephora credit card not accepted at this location. The associate became upset because I didn’t want to make cash transaction. He stated, “omg you wasted so much of my time” I replied, excuse me. Wow you’re mad that a customer would prefer to use their credit card? He repeated “I mean you wasted my time.” I did speak with the manager hopefully this guy get the professional training he needs to be successful.

Top notch staff.... our first visit, Ricki helped get a wheelchair and safe guarded my Dad's new walker. We snagged Melody to help us and we really received star treatment. Went to go the idet we wanted...all with a smile and beautiful energy
