I have tried calling every day and no answer. Ordered and paid for my glasses in advance and still have not received them. I’ve am about to call insurance company to report the issue

Second time getting glasses here. Highly disappointed. I ordered new lenses. I come in to get em. They don't have a clue where they're at. Say they'll call me when they come in, they never called. I come back over after 2 weeks. My lenses are in. Took a month to get these lenses. Didn't help tht they brought in a new system tht NOBODY knee how to use. Worst experience ever.

I would’ve given zero stars also. At awful time getting through any times on the telephone I was hung up on many times I was obviously sit down on a desk because I could hear things going on around me and nobody ever came back on the phone. I finally had to send a friend I’m disabled to pick up my prescriptions for both glasses and contacts I won’t go there again.

Without insurance I paid $59 or $69, only a few weeks ago. But if youre needing a fitting for contacts, they have like a fitting fee that runs it a little bit over $120 total.
