Nice camping area on the river. Good entry and exit, most sites have at least partial hookups, and the area is clean, friendly staff.

This was a nice private rv park. The host was very pleasant and assisted us with a last minute reservation on our way further South. Appreciated it a lot since we were caught in a storm. The view in the morning was great with a nearby trail to walk the pups. It's not huge or very private, but all occupants were respectful and very worth the price. Just ensure you bring cash. We will make an effort to stay here more in the future. P. S. We liked the small town feel of Raymond.

We live in southern CA and whenever we are near Raymond we stay at this park. The owners are very pleasant and friendly. You could not ask for better views. 30amp service with very good serving voltage and sewer.... add this to the views and you have paradise .

Great spot on the river to catch the cool afternoon breezes. No services other than the basics- full hookups at 10 of the 12 sites and a dump station. Inconsistent Internet but that seems to be common locally. Good owner/managers but not the place for those wanting resort type amenities. Very laid back- one of our favorite RV parks.

Nightly rate is $30. A tent is allowed with an RV, but not just a tent. ~Kelly

Yes, RV dump on-site $5. If you need water too, it's another $5. Self serve anytime during daylight hours. Envelopes at front door! Happy Dumping!
