Completely missed a pickup - was told four times over 4 days they would come back to pick up and never showed up.

Drivers frequently skip our house and the company does not send them back out until the following week on the regularly scheduled day. Frequently they spill from the can when dumping into the truck, and they do not clean up. We have also had property damage (they drove over our driveway lights) that is apparently in limbo as the claim has had no response since July.
