Thanks for the question. We buy Pokemon cards based on condition and other factors. We generally use TCG Player as a guide to determine retail prices. We offer cash and or in store credit. Our percentage for purchases range from 1/3 to up to 50% depending on rarity, popularity, condition, etc.... For your Blastoise and for all other Pokemon cards you have we need to look at them in person to make you a fair offer. Bring them in, we will be honest and fair.

Thanks for the question. If it's a sports card it will all depend on who it is. Typically, we research card prices a couple of different ways but the most accurate we have found is by using the sold listings on Ebay. Also, raw cards (cards not graded) sell for less and we make offers based on what we can sell cards for. For example, if a card retails for $100 we make offers starting at 1/3 of the value and sometimes more. It just all depends on a variety of factors. But we never pay full retail.
